Factory Supply Inc. will complement the other group’s offerings and will allow Liftsafe Group access to new markets in the US and globally.

We felt the acquisition was an important one with respect to our aviation industry platform. Our current products and services in this industry has established many other growth opportunities and we saw an immediate fit with the product offerings from Factory Supply Inc.

Factory Supply Inc.’s strength of solid customer service and competitive pricing will help solidify our presence in the US with our existing clientele and provide us with new business opportunities.

Factory Supply Inc. will immediately allow transition sales of many of our product lines into the US with respect to our safety and material handling line of products.

The business will focus on Access, Safety and material handling products as its primary sales focus.
